This is our little house which soon will be our little lake haven.
And when I say little ….. right now it is little, like 0 bedroom little.
No allocated bedrooms, small living area, lots of wood and a kitchen that badly needs to be reconfigured.
We have plans to add an addition once were able to find the right contractor with an opening in their schedule. Given the labor shortage everywhere….that may not happen till the fall or even next year.
In the meantime we are gutting the house down to the bones and will be contracting everything ourselves.
Our focus is looking for ways to maximize the space and the best way to do that is through smart planning.
